on the AT plug (to the body harness). Basically there are a few wires that are left blank because the MT harness has less wires, but it looks factory. Match the colors/placement of the MT to AT plug wires and you're good. No conversion harness is needed if you do it this way. The clutch pedal can be wired into the starter relay signal wire, bit there's a catch… I had it wired like that and clutch safety worked perfectly as an AT with the manual pedals. But something happened when I pulled the AT, and it broke the circuit somewhere to the starter relay (it has to have been something with the AT neutral safety, or parking lock I think), but I haven't been able to diagnose it, so I ended up jumping the relay out. Another theory I have is something with the alarm, as the security light goes solid when I try to start the car with the relay plugged in, so maybe the alarm circuit was changed somehow by removing the AT (tripping the starter kill)? Anyway, it's not that hard of a swap and pretty easy to figure out what's needed to do.
